Sime Darby Property’s Spotlight 8 Year 2020 Campaign capped off a string of successful launches of freehold residential developments with an impressive 90% take-up rate for Phase 1 Embun 2 landed homes in Bandar Ainsdale, Seremban.
There are 54 of 60 units of Phase 1 Embun 2 were sold during the Spotlight 8 weekend from 19 to 20 September, marking another win for the returning campaign that features new launches and Superdeals on properties across different townships. Spotlight 8 offers maximum savings and great deals on top of the attractive incentives by the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2020 on selected products.
Embun 2 is the fourth and final freehold landed property within the Greater Klang Valley offered via the sales campaign. It features contemporary 20′ x 70′ double-storey freehold lakeside homes with built-up ranging from 1,972 sq ft to 2,249 sq ft.
